In June 2007, touch has been awarded the ISO 14001:2004 certification as a proof of its compliance with international environmental standards.

In fact, the operator’s various environmental activities have been widely recognized. In 2008,  touch was highly commended during the Green Awards in London for its Live Green program and shortlisted amongst the world’s telecom leaders during the GSMA Asia Awards for the Scratch Card Recycling and Replacement Program.

Endorsed by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), the Green Awards program is actually set up to recognize and reward creative programs that communicate the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainable development and best ethical practices in any sector and across all marketing disciplines.
