How to Subscribe:
- Pick up the Visitor Line SIM card at touch service centers and/or touch PoPs.
- The Visitor plan fee (including the 2-week bundle and 1 year line validity) is $19.
- Blocked and lost SIM reissue costs $1.67.

Documents Needed:
To benefit from the Visitor plan, you will need the below:
- For foreigners: a valid passport with an entry stamp not older than 3 months.
- For Lebanese expats: a valid Lebanese passport with an entry stamp not older than 3 months in addition to a valid certificate of residence in the foreign country.
Need to Know
- Recharging Methods:
- Self-Recharge: Dial *200*14-digit secret code of the recharge voucher# and press "OK".
- Third Party Recharge: Dial *300*9613xxxxxx*14-digit secret code of the recharge voucher# and press "OK".
- Or Online via touch self-care app and go to Recharge Services and/or via e-Recharge using a credit/debit card. - To subscribe to the Visitor bundle: Send “VB” by SMS to 1100 or download the touch self-care app (go to My Services). Upon bundle activation, the line's validity will be automatically extended by 365 days.
- To check balance and validity: Dial *220# or download the touch self-care app and go to Current Balance.
- The validity is extended to 1-year maximum each time the customer subscribes to the Visitor bundle.
- The bundle is not auto-renewed, once the validity period is reached, it will be automatically deactivated.
