How to Subscribe
Postpaid
• Send the code of your desired offer (RP1/RP2/RP3/RP4/RP5/RP6/RP7) to 1188.
• Pass by any of our Service Centers, Certified Outlets or PoPs to get a residential SIM card and router.
• Log in to "my touch" and manage your account online (check your consumption, check your subscription status, settle your bill through Bill e-Pay and change your offer).
• The service charges will be prorated from the activation date till the end of the billing cycle in addition to one month fees in advance. MB allocation will be prorated from the activation date till the end of the billing cycle.
Prepaid
• Send the code of your desired offer (RP1/RP2/RP3/RP4/RP5/RP6/RP7) to 1188.
• Pass by any of our Service Centers, Certified Outlets or PoPs to get a residential SIM card and router.
• Log in to "my touch" and manage your account online (activate/renew your Residential plan, check your consumption, check your plan validity, recharge your credit account and check your credit balance).
