
Under the guidance and close supervision of Minister of Telecommunications Charles Hajj, touch began repairing 30 damaged sites within its network in the districts of Nabatieh, Tyre, and Marjeyoun yesterday, with security provided by the Lebanese Army. Its technical teams, in cooperation with its key partners, carried out the necessary maintenance and fuel refills to gradually restore services to the following sites:
- 10 sites in Nabatieh, including Nabatieh city, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Toul, Kfarjouz, and Kfarman.
- 2 sites in Zahrani District, including Tuffahta and Daoudieh.
- 2 sites in Marjeyoun, within Shebaa.
- 2 sites in Bint Jbeil District (Kherbet Selm and Bir al-Salasil).
- 2 stations in Jezzine, including Sariri and Rihane.
- 12 stations in Tyre, including Al-Hawsh, Al-Shati’ Al-Bahri, Burj Rahal, Burj Al-Shamali, Barish, Bafliyeh, Wadi Jilwa, Hanawi, Ain Baal, Siddiqin, Deir Qanoun Al-Nahr, and Al-Halousieh, were restored.
Touch extends its gratitude to the Lebanese Army for its support for its technical teams, which enabled the restoration of service to these sites. The company also thanks the municipalities that assisted in the repairing works. Finally, touch confirms that repairs will be completed in other southern regions as soon as the necessary security conditions are met, in ongoing coordination with the Lebanese Army.
